It is customary to apply for an Australian visa from outside Australia. However, if you are already in Australia , you may be eligible to apply for certain visas within Australia and we can assist you with this onshore application. We can also represent you at a Migration Review Tribunal or a Refugee Review Tribunal if your application for an onshore visa application or renewal is refused.
