As soon as we receive the required documents from you and have checked your eligibility, Oli & Associates can immediately lodge your application for the proposed institution and intended course of study.

The educational institutions we officially represent will generally accept your application provided that your eligibility for the course of study and your ability to meet the institution's stated admission requirements have been verified by Oli & Associates.

Initially the institution will issue you with an Offer Letter, which is essential in order to apply for a student visa.

If you have not passed the IELTS, the Offer Letter will be conditional on you satisfying their English language requirements.

Once we have received all required documents, Oli & Associates will prepare and lodge your application for a student visa.

To maximize your chance of receiving a visa, it is essential that all necessary documentation and supporting statements are included. In fact, the lack of these details is the main reason why students fail in their dream to study in Australia.

Oli & Associates, Australia is a licensed Migration Agent specializing in student visas, and we know from past experience that if you meet the requirements, we WILL get you your visa.

If you meet all requirements for a student visa, you will qualify for a pre visa, and your Visa Officer will request electronic confirmation of enrolment (COE), and evidence of payment of Student Health Cover (OSHC). It is possible that the Visa Officer may request other documentation. You will also need to undergo a medical examination.

Oli & Associates will forward your payment to the institution and obtain the COE and OSHC documents and submit these documents to your Visa Officer together with your passport.

Your medical report will be forwarded directly by the examining doctor, who must be a panel doctor acceptable to the Australian Government.
